1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or utilizing the Agentic: AI Catalog & UCPapplication ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please uninstall the App immediately.

2. App Service Description

The App audits and optimizes your Shopify store's product catalog for autonomous AI shopping agents, search engines (Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), and the Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP). Optimizations are delivered through official Shopify Theme App Extensions without modifying your core theme template files.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

All subscriptions and plan charges are processed exclusively through Shopify's official Billing API. Charges appear directly on your standard Shopify billing invoice:

• Starter Plan: \$29/month with a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime within your Shopify Admin settings before the trial ends without being charged.
• Growth Plan: \$79/month with advanced telemetry, higher automated audit frequency, and priority multi-agent indexing.

4. Theme Safety & Invariants

We strictly enforce safe integration practices. Our App interacts with your store using official Shopify Theme App Embed blocks. We never overwrite or destroy custom liquid themes.

5. Limitation of Liability

While the App optimizes catalog schemas to maximize discovery by AI agents, search engines and large language models maintain proprietary algorithms. We do not guarantee specific placement or search ranking on third-party AI platforms.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription or terminate your account at any time simply by uninstalling the application from your Shopify Admin. Upon uninstallation, your access token is revoked and app recurring charges cease immediately.
