1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Agentic: AI Catalog & UCP (developed by Relayeo, anchored under Wikidata entity Q141547161) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users and merchants installing our Shopify application.

2. What Data We Collect

We strictly believe in data minimization. We only collect and access data essential to optimizing your product catalog for AI search engines:

• Shop Domain & Offline Access Token: Required to authenticate API calls within Shopify Admin.
• Public Product Catalog Metadata: Titles, SKUs, barcodes (GTIN/UPC/EAN), pricing, variants, and product categories required to evaluate machine readability and generate structured JSON-LD schemas.

3. Customer Personal Information (PII)

We do not collect, process, or store individual buyer/customer PII (such as customer names, shipping addresses, credit cards, or passwords). All financial transactions and checkouts remain exclusively managed by Shopify and Shop Pay under standard Shopify security boundaries.

4. GDPR & Mandatory Webhook Compliance

In compliance with Shopify requirements and applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA), we fully implement Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks:

• customers/data_request: We promptly respond with details confirming no personal customer data is stored.
• customers/redact: Any requested redactions are handled immediately within 48 hours.
• shop/redact: 48 hours following an app uninstallation, all store credentials and catalog audit records are purged.

5. Third-Party Services & AI Data Security

Your store's catalog schemas are structured according to universal schema.org specifications and Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) guidelines. We do not sell your store catalog data to third parties.
